Who is at fault, specially in divorce cases, Wife or Husband,?
In different cases where the husband and wife are fully dedicated towards each other, but some times one of them may get involved in relationship with other male or female, Whose fault will be for divorce?

Happiness doesn’t depend on any external conditions, it is governed by our mental attitude. When you make a commitment to a relationship, you invest your attention and energy in it more profoundly because you now experience ownership of that relationship.
Why is it that judges almost always grant full custody of children in divorce cases to the mother?
(Just wondering) Usually, judges almost always grant full custody to the mother, and the father only gets 2 weekends a month, if he’s lucky.
That is so not true. Mothers often times get custody when fathers blow off their responsibilities. If you check the stats you’ll find that in situations when the father actually seeks custody, he gets custody at least in half the cases. I’ve been doing divorce law for nearly thirty years and have have seen this happen time and time again.
Why the number of divorce cases are increasing in our society?
Husband and wife relationships have become so fragile that it seems like we are moving towards the western culture.
1) people mistake Like and Lust for love
2) people are not prepared for all the work, compromise and forgiveness involved in marriage
3) People believe that is is easier to cut their losses and move on rather than stay and work at a relationship. It never is, but it sometimes appears that way (greener grass somewhere else)
4) lack of communication and completely open honesty
5) Jealousy. Often unfounded and stemming from personal insecurity.
6) Lack of consideration and understanding for the feelings, needs and wants of your partner.
7) Finances are bad and somehow they think things will be better apart. This only compounds the problem, but they convince themselves otherwise.
Abuse. Physical and or mental. It is used as a common excuse for divorce, but the numbers are not there to support it.
Finally: finances are the major reason, and usually it gets much worse after the divorce. (If there is no money when together, how will there be any after the divorce. The reasoning escapes most people when finance is concerned). Abuse is a commonly used and overused approach to use but is hard to prove and is more often than not directed at a partner for the wrong reason. To make them look bad. It usually backfires and has the opposite effect.
Unfairly painting someone with it always comes back to bite the wrongful accuser and paint them as the one to avoid. There are valid cases of it, but not nearly as many as people think.
Thats the most covered reasons.
Why do people win money in divorce cases?
Never been married and not close to getting married so…I have no idea!
Winning isn’t the right word to use.
A divorce is a dissolution of jointly owned property as well as the dissolution of a marriage.
Part of the negotiations of a divorce is who gets what?
Factors of determining who is entitled to what property includes property prior to the marriage, conditions leading to the divorce (infidelity for example), child custody, whether or not one member gave up a career to take care of the family etc.
Are divorce cases or records for Washington, DC resident available to the public?
I need to do case search for a pending divorce case. The papers have been filed, but the divorce has not been finalized for DC Residents
It depends on how suave you are with being a web sleuth.
I’ve found things that other have searched years for in a matter of minutes.
Its all about know HOW to search.
Depending on laws in DC, you should be able to find that the divorce was at least filed for.
Most records are available to the public if you know how to get to them.

How sad it is that Shem Malmquist is pleading poverty and is using a
court-appointed attorney for the case, AND HE MAKES OVER $250,000 A
YEAR! That’s the crap courts are giving fathers nowevery
opportunity to screw over the mother. Thankfully, a local Memphis
attorney agreed to help Danielle on a Pro Bono basis. It has been
